RETURNS


At Peddler, we want our customers to be happy and to keep coming back to shop with us! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise is purchased on our website for store credit

 

Return Conditions:
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Perishable goods such as food, and flowers, cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards, apothecary products, and accessories cannot be returned. 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. Original tags must be intact.
  • Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if terms are not met, and a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the items back to you.

To Return
  • After making sure your order meets our criteria, include your ORDER NUMBER (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and REASON FOR RETURN. 
  • To return your product, please use the courier of your choice and return your item to:

  • You will be responsible for paying any additional shipping cost above the original cost of shipping. If you are a local customer, please email us at shoppeddler@gmail.com to arrange a local pickup place.
  • Once your order has been received and processed, we will let you know if the product meets return criteria via email.
  • You will receive an online store credit via email, through the original email and account your purchase was made on.
